Payment and cancellation policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due upon arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required by way of pre authorization on your credit card. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque, Visa and MasterCard. A $200 fine will be deducted from the damage deposit if there is smoking in the unit. Guests are required to wash and put away all dishes, place all garbage and unused food items in the garbage bags provided on site. The damage deposit will be applied to the cost of additional cleaning of the unit or parking stalls at a fee of $250. A lost key fee of $50 will be deducted from damage deposit if keys are lost and $100 for each parking remote and for each security system remote that are missing upon departure. Any damage will be deducted at cost.
Check In/Out
You may check in after 4pm and stay until 10am on your departure day. Early check-in or late departure may be available depending upon occupancy
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property

There is zero tolerance against parties, stags and excessive noise
